It could be the most realistic and hard-hitting wrestling action ever, and it's only available on the Xbox. Choose from any of your favorite WWF superstars. The list of 30 brawlers includes the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, and plenty of other dynamic personalities. If the real guys aren't enough for you, you can even create your own fighter and take him into action against the real-life heroes of the WWF. Try your hand at such distinct modes as Exhibition, Tag Team, Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, and Hardcore. One of the best features of the groundbreaking wrestling title is its sheer expansiveness. You can take the action out of the ring, into the locker rooms, through the parking lots, and out to the streets. If it suits you, you can even throw your opponent through a wall! The game is not for the weak of heart, however, as there's plenty of illegal weaponry, blood, and bits of profanity. This one is for the serious fans. Minimize

Power of Xbox + WCW/nWo Revenge = This

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Outstanding graphics, tons of items, accessories fall off opponents, pre-emptive attacks on ramp

Cons: Lack of modes, extremely limited create-a-superstar

Bottom Line:
A few nice innovations make this game fun, but the lack of modes really hurts it. It is decent, and lays the groundwork for "Raw 2" to be the best. Read More

WWF Raw...Such A Disappointment...

Author's Rating: 2/5 stars

Pros: Great Graphics, Outstanding entrances, lots of weapons, sweat spots on the mat, good looking moves.

Cons: Severe lack of match types, HORRIBLE walking animations, overall bad move execution system, more...

Bottom Line:
Could have been so much better. If you are thinking about buying this game, definitely rent it first. Or wait for Raw 2. Read More
